Regarding the Early Access of the Multi-language Support Feature
Starting from app version 4.10.0, we have introduced a portion of our multi-language support features as an early access release, enabling language switching between Japanese, English, and Chinese (Simplified and Traditional).
If you have any feedback or requests while using these features, please feel free to share your thoughts with us via the form below.
Please note that customer support and the official website are currently available in Japanese only.
Multilingual support for our help desk will be announced as soon as preparations are complete. We appreciate your patience.
■ [Notice] Regarding the Advance Release of Multi-Language Support
Should you encounter any issues, we recommend checking the "Help" section before contacting us.
The "Help" section can be accessed via the tab menu on the official website or through the "Options" menu on the in-game home screen.
Please be aware that there may be instances when you cannot receive our emails.
Due to Microsoft's filter settings, we may not be able to send emails to Microsoft Hotmail or Live Mail return addresses.
In addition, mobile email carriers (docomo.ne.jp, ezweb.ne.jp, softbank.ne.jp, etc.) often filter and reject emails sent from computers as spam.
In such cases, even when we send a reply, the user's device settings may reject the message before it can be received.
To ensure receipt, change your filter settings using the information below, or add the domain lifewonders.co.jp to your whitelist to receive our replies.
