While a young salesman of used goods on the surface, behind the scenes, Yotaro is a villainous Observer who specializes in searching the dark web.
Masterful at dealing with numbers and information, reading the room and intentions, and speaking to get what he wants, he is a born merchant, and it makes him his daily bread.
Most of the livos he earns, however, disappear as compensation for all of the destruction his bodyguard Gaisei causes, leaving him struggling to save any money.
On the flip side, rumor has it that he sells the spoils of combat Gaisei brings back to a suspicious scientist.
