Hailing from Sakai, Japan, Seiichiro Tenma has everything going for him, including a brilliant mind, stunning good looks, incredible reflexes and coordination, and a blessed upbringing.
He also has the confidence to match it all.
His domineering personality and stubbornness in the face of mistakes and corruption, however, have not won him much popularity in the ministry.
