Job: Rookie Hero?

Tired of getting tossed about by the internal politics in a spot he'd infiltrated, Tsuneaki ran off and found himself in the Hero City Summer Festival.
Though he managed to go undercover as a rookie hero to stay out of the public eye, a mysterious device was pushed onto him. Before he knew it, he was pushed onto the public stage.
Realizing that he was going to be exposed and punished before long, his deep wish to have a summer in peace granted the stealthy hero a new form.
While it may look like nothing more than a summer vacation outfit, it comes with a Parallel Weapon as powerful as any other.
