An Asian-Lunarian surgeon, Rakta Salya is a resident of a general hospital in the Lunar Cities.
Intensely driven and by the books as a doctor, his skills have gained him great professional acclaim, but his stiff approach to everything often leaves his passions underutilized.
Early on in his career, a senior doctor told him that few things were more important to a surgeon than stamina. Ever since then, he has delved into health and fitness, trying all sorts of wellness methods and going to the gym five times a week.
He is one of those fitness geeks who never shies away from pouring effort into all the wrong places.
