Pubraseer is a cheerful, easygoing Canis Therian Cosman who works on the crew of a cruise ship that sails through space, where he mainly cleans and runs errands.
He had drifted onto a beach shore near the ship when it was under construction and was taken in by the crew.
Most of his memories had been lost, and he could hardly talk, but his intense curiosity allowed him to absorb volumes of vocabulary and other knowledge with ease.
Pubraseer occasionally hears incomprehensible speech coming from the pendant he has been wearing even since before his rescue.
Moreover, this is always what causes him to have horrible headaches.
