Procy runs the Earth Camp Heroes' Guild, which is a bar popular with heroes for grabbing intel and comparing notes.
Though he has the adorable appearance of a small dog, he is a veteran hero with a career spanning over twenty years.
He is also a long-time friend of Ryekie and Huckle.
Procy is good-humored and caring to those around him, but he has an unrivaled obsession with money. He hates paying more than he has to for anything, and he always has an ear out for get-rich-quick schemes.
