Okitaka Takadono is an Osaka-born, middle-aged man who works in the General Affairs Department of Orient City Hall while serving as the commander of the UEHA Japan Chapter.
Pleasant, sociable, and easygoing, he does not give off the air of someone who serves in an essential government post, but it is without question that his skills as a commander are understandably second to none.
The tight-knit relationship between the UEHA and Parallel Flight is thanks to the deep bonds formed between Okitaka, Ryekia, and Huckle when they fought side by side in the past.
