Nessen is the man in charge of the hot spring resort and the hot spring inn which overlooks it, located in the southern part of Orient City.
Born in Shizuoka, Japan, his full name is Nessen Mochizuki.
His mixed Terran and Cosman blood gives him a rugged appearance, with two sharp horns that often strike fear in those he first meets.
Though gentle and calm by nature, he is flawed by an excessive sense of responsibility.
He also likes bathing to an unusual degree, going for a soak at least five times a day.
