Job: Sake Brewer

The owner of a sake brewery on the outskirts of Orient City, his full name is Yamatsumi Moriyasu.
He has an easygoing, open-hearted nature and rarely lets small details bother him, laughing off most problems and drinking away the rest after giving them a moment's thought. Perhaps because of this temperament, he is hopeless with fine details, leaving inventory management and bookkeeping entirely to his employees.
Still, his keen eye for sake during the brewing process and his natural sociability have made him a fitting public face for the business. Outside of running the brewery, Moriyasu indulges in a personal hobby of collecting alcohol from across the cosmos.
From time to time, he invites friends to gather at a counter set up in a renovated space at the back of the shop, where he casually opens it as a small, informal tavern.
