A young Terran female Observer of unknown nationality who lives with Exio, her powers awakened at a much younger age.
She is quite proficient at using her powers, and she has a greater capacity to interact with parallel universes than Exio.
Quiet and reluctant to show her emotions, her demeanor and abilities have earned her the nickname of "Witch" from those around her.
She uses this nickname herself now, since it matches how she is always on the prowl for witchy merchandise.
Dainty and one not to give off much of a physical presence, she will often bring Monomasa along with her as her bodyguard during outings.
