A Cosman pastry chef in a small-town bakery, Kirsch, who is also known as "Storm Baker,"
treats pastry baking like both a sport and a martial art as she constantly trains to improve.
Inheriting the will of her ill-fated mentor, a chef of renown who had fallen prey to a Kaibutsu's jaws while undergoing training to create the ultimate pastry, she makes treats using both eccentric and unorthodox techniques.
This passion comes at a cost, however, and her lack of interest in anything other than pastries makes her stand out for her rather absurd conduct.
