Hydoor is a swimmer affiliated with the sporting goods company Phalanx.
He had started out looting the high seas of the oceanic planet Muirauqa IV as a pirate in a villain crew until a hero vanquished him and left him in prison.
After his release, he worked at becoming both a professional swimmer and a reformed hero, making him quite a rarity.
His imposing visage as a former pirate and harsh temperament stand out, but his time with his former crew also left him with a strong proclivity for teamwork.
He also tends to take care of those around him.
On the other hand, he is incredibly susceptible to flattery and provocations, making him rather gullible.
