The dashing thief Vulpecula is well known for stealing priceless cultural artifacts and destroying cultural heritage sites.
He fancies his actions "thefts of scenery."
All his daring thefts are announced beforehand via some enigmatic, poetic warning video which he posts on the dark web.
His lofty ideals have won him a not so insignificant cult-like following, with many of his more passionate believers enthusiastically becoming his henchmen.
While no one knows his true face on account of the fox mask he always wears, the countless copycat criminals he is responsible for have ensured that the world of preserving cultural heritage can know no peace.
