A Terran villain who serves as the Observer Exio's bodyguard, Yoshiori was formerly a talented member of the Union of Earth Hero Agency's Special Operations Unit until a run-in with a Kaibutsu that nearly digested him left his existence in turmoil.
Now, he cannot be perceived by life forms other than Observers and those with hero aptitude.
Though he acts as rough as he looks, he is more like a loyal dog than anything, displaying strict obedience to those he has acknowledged, such as Exio, to whom he feels overwhelming gratitude.
