Donning a black suit and firing off chalk-shaped bullets, Kyoichi calls himself, "ETL, Agent of Love," and his passion is to save all the children at the center of acts of terrorism which plague the galaxy.
As "love" itself is oftentimes viewed as an embarrassing, idyllic romanticism given how all secrets become exposed in this day and age,
these children conversely paint a far more hellish reality in which they constantly torment, tease, and taunt one another.
As the mature adult among them all, Kyoichi runs through enemy bases to rescue as many of these children as he can.
Because of their principle of always speaking frankly, they often hit a wall when it comes to expressing their true feelings.
