A young man distinguished by the horns growing from his forehead, a feature that has become his trademark. Born into a merit-based tribe whose civilization revolves around hunting, he has a much younger brother.
Having only recently left his closed-off homeland, he still shows a sheltered, inexperienced side to the wider world. Whether by bad luck or because others took advantage of that naivety, he has often suffered misfortune, falling for deals that seemed too good to be true. Those experiences have left him exceptionally wary of others.
For reasons even he does not fully understand, he is perpetually short on money, struggling to keep up with the loan payments on a spaceship he purchased in a once-in-a-lifetime decision, justified as being "for work." Having grown up without anything resembling a proper meal, he will never forget the shock—and the tears—of tasting a hamburger for the first time in Earth space.
