    Clear Free Quests to collect the campaign item \"Commendation<\/span><\/strong>.\"
    There are multiple types of Free Quests, and items such as \"EXP Items,\" \"Training Bands,\" and \"Livo\" will drop along with \"Commendations<\/strong><\/span>\" in each.<\/p>\n\n\n

    2. Exchange Collected Campaign Items for Other Items at the Shop!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    When they undergo a Rank Up to Base Rank 3, they will newly learn a 3rd skill.

    About Increasing Hero's Fan Count<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    For characters with an initial Base Rank of 2 or lower, using 1 Memory Fragment will allow you to increase the number of Fans they have by 1.
