Cautions for Use

(1) If you are a minor, please obtain the consent of a person with parental authority or other legal representatives before purchasing.
(2) No refunds will be made after purchasing, except where refunds are permitted under the Payment Services Act.
(3) Purchases of ether stones are limited to 5,000 yen (including tax) per month for those under age 16, and 20,000 yen (including tax) per month for those aged 16 to 19.
(4) Ether stones may not be transferred or lent to third parties.
(5) We shall not be liable for any service or product unavailability or interruption caused by server failures, network problems, or any other force majeure events.
